Job Description:
Our client in Northeastern MA is seeking an experienced Cable Assembly Engineer to join its Organization. Responsibilities will include Sales application, design, process and manufacturing engineering support of semi-rigid, conformable, and flexible RF coaxial cable assemblies; creating drawings, developing and implementing procedures for the testing and manufacturing of cable assemblies; performing prototype or production pilot runs and creating first article test reports for customer approval; researching, recommending and implementing cable assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures. To be considered you must have a BSEE or BSME Degree; 3 years minimum experience in cable assembly design, testing and manufacturing; expertise on CAD software (AutoCAD); excellent communication skills, (written and verbal); strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate. You must also be skilled in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced professional manufacturing environment.
