Hands on farm manager, that has knowledge of row crops and field operations. Need supervisory skills to oversee up to 100 people in the field, sweet potato knowledge a plus but can be trained. Capable of running late model equipment. Orgizational skills and physical labor a must. Be willing to learn, work with, and teach all aspects of field operations. Year round fast pace enviroment.
