This screw machine job shop in PA is in need of an experienced General Manager to oversee its operation. Our client wants someone whose background and experience includes full P&L responsibilities, handling daily operations including working with customers on new product development and launches, engineering functions, quality, production scheduling, and meeting on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate will also have a hands-on engineering background, including the abilities to determine cycle times, speeds and feeds, tooling requirements, machine layouts, and job estimating for new products to be produced on Acme screw machines and/or Davenport screw machines. A degreed individual is preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are also highly desired. This company is offering an excellent compensation and benefits package.
